RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. BRITE IMPRESSIONS offers a 7-day Exchange guarantee for all DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from BRITE IMPRESSIONS, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee for any non-defective opened product returned to BRITE IMPRESSIONS. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges. We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Place the items in their original condition in the package that was used to ship your product to you. Include the original Packing Slip/Invoice and your phone number with your return shipment.

2. Please send all returns to our nearest distribution center with the proper RMA # clearly marked on all outside cartons. We will be contacting you within 2 weeks after receipt to advise you of our disposition. No refund, no credit, no exchange can be made until we examine your shipment. If you have questions, please feel free to call us with the RMA # ready.

All claims for warranty will be dealt with by manufacturer for repair, replacement in accordance with the manufacturer warranty policy. THERE IS NO TRIAL PERIOD. WE DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO TEST OUR PRODUCTS and then ask for a return or credit.
